PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for using GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) satellite trajectory extension information. SOLUTION: The device for using GNSS satellite trajectory extension information includes: an interface for obtaining (S912) at least one satellite navigation message for a satellite; and a microprocessor for determining (S923) a calculation condition based on the acquired satellite navigation message, approximating (S925) a plurality of parameters of a satellite trajectory prediction model based on the calculation condition, establishing the approximated satellite trajectory prediction model, calculating (S927) a set of satellite trajectory extension information by using the approximated satellite trajectory prediction model, calculating (S950) acquisition auxiliary information based on the set of the satellite trajectory extension information, and acquiring (S970) signals of the satellite by using the acquisition auxiliary information.
