PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric apparatus for preventing the occurrence of an electric failure while reinforcing a flexible substrate. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus includes: the flexible substrate 108 on which a switch 102a is mounted; a reinforcement plate 113 arranged opposite to a surface of the flexible substrate 108, on which the switch 102a is mounted; and a spacer 112 arranged opposite to a surface of the reinforcement plate 113, facing the flexible substrate 108.
