CONVEYOR CHAIN FACILITY FOR LOOSE COIL CONVEYANCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyor chain facility for loose coil conveyance capable of preventing the bite of a tip of a loose coil and stably and smoothly carrying out conveyance through a melted salt when mounting and conveying the loose coil of an austenite state. SOLUTION: The conveyor chain facility for loose coil conveyance is composed by forming an outer link 2 by connecting a pair of outer link plates 3 by a pin, forming an inner link 5 by connecting a pair of inner link plates 6 with a center bush 7, and connecting the outer link 2 and the inner link 5. The loose coil of an austenite state is mounted to each upper end face of the outer link 2 and the inner link 5 and immersed in the melted salt while being conveyed to be cooled. Gap filling parts 16 for burying gaps formed of a space between ends of the outer link plates 3 and an outer face of the inner link plate 6 are formed on the outer face of the inner link plate 6 facing the space between the ends of the outer link plates 3 adjoined in a longitudinal direction.
