PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide mechanism for a rotary joint of a spindle device supporting the rotary joint, suppressing vibration of a hose, and preventing damage of attaching parts due to impact from the hose with simple structure. SOLUTION: The guide mechanism 19 supporting the rotary joint 9 arranged in the rear end of a draw bar 7 is provided. The guide mechanism 19 includes a retaining member 20 retaining the outer periphery of the rotary joint 9 and supports 21 arranged in the rear end of an unclamping cylinder 10. The retaining member 20 is movable along the supports 21 in the axial direction. The retaining member 20 and the supports 21 prevent vibration and a load in the direction orthogonal to the axial direction, generated in the hose 16 by the discharge pressure of a supplied coolant, from being applied to the rotary joint 9. Also, the hose 16 is arranged swingably and connected generally linearly by a swivel joint 17, and thereby the vibration caused when the hose 16 is going to extend due to the coolant is suppressed.
