SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MONITORING PARALLEL BASE STATION POWER SUPPLY

A system and a method for monitoring a parallel base station power supply are provided. The system includes a monitoring unit (10) and at least a frame. Each frame includes a hub (20) and at least a rectifier (30). The monitoring unit (10) is used for transmitting a control signal to the hub (20) through a control signal line group. The hub (20) receives the control signal and gates the corresponding frame and rectifier according to the control signal. The system for monitoring the parallel base station power supply utilizes less number of cables for transmitting signals without control of a microcontroller unit (MCU) and support of software. Thereby it saves cost and avoids considering the issues about software updating, compatibility of communication protocols, etc. The stability of the system for monitoring is thus promoted significantly.
