The method involves receiving an actual image of an actual environment by a camera. The position of the virtual image component is determined to the real image according to an arrangement of a fixed camera-reference point for tracker. The camera-reference point is connected with the camera. The arrangement of the camera-reference point is determined or measured by the tracker. The real image is received by the camera. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing technical components, particularly motor vehicles or motor vehicle components; and (2) an augmented-reality system for executing an augmented-reality image generating method.
