<p>Disclosed is a mobile internet protocol (IP) access method. The method includes the following step: during the procedure that a foreign agent (FA) or a packet data service node (PDSN) negotiates with a home agent (HA) to establish an Internet protocol safety tunnel, i.e. IPSec tunnel, an authentication/authorization/accounting server (AAA) distributes negotiation IPSec parameters or a profile ID (profileID) corresponding to the negotiation IPSec parameters to the FA or the PDSN. Disclosed is also a mobile IP access system.</p>
