METHOD FOR PRODUCING OF FERRONICKEL

摘要

A method for producing of ferronickel comprises the preparation of charge and melting it in electro arc furnace. The produced bath of molten metal is final melted to ferronickel smelt of adjusted composition. At that is slag poured from surface of ferronickel smelt produced in furnace. Then slag is poured again and ferronickel smelt is poured from working ladle back into furnace. Then the addition is carried out on surface of ferronickel smelt in furnace and ferronickel smelt is heated. At that ferronickel smelt is poured in ingots.
