<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module of high reliability, with the stresses imposed on a photoelectric conversion portion reduced. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell module X is formed by laminating a substrate 1, a first optical transparent resin layer 2 disposed on the substrate, a photoelectric conversion portion composed of a solar cell array which is formed by connecting a plurality of solar cell elements 3 on the first resin layer, a second resin layer 4 disposed on the photo conversion part, and a rear sheet 5.
