<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a counseling support device capable of making a person to perform counseling by oneself. <P>SOLUTION: A puppet is made to talk about anguish and the person can fully understand the anguish that the puppet has talked about. The person asks the puppet about what the puppet has gained from the anguish. The person asks the puppet, "What do you really want to do?". The person thinks about three or more new methods to obtain results that the person desires most by consulting with the puppet. The person selects the method to be employed from among the methods that the person has thought about.
