PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner behavior visualizing device that dynamically visualizes a toner region included in an electrophotographic developer moving dynamically and at high speed or measures the volume, concentration or the like by image operation quantitatively. SOLUTION: This toner behavior visualizing device 1 includes a developer conveying device 11 for conveying a two-component developer containing the toner and carrier used for an image forming apparatus of electrophotographic type, an optical device 20 for radiating a neutron beam to the region to which the developer conveying device 11 conveys it and visualizes the transmission image, and an image information recording device 22 for recording the transmission image. The toner behavior visualizing device 1 includes an image arithmetic unit 21 that determines dose intensity based on the information on the developer conveying device 11 and the information on the developer material and calculates the region where the toner in the developer exists.
