PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of efficiently supplying an objective cylindrical member in an orderly state to a predetermined position. SOLUTION: The cylindrical member supply device 10 includes a carrying part 30 for carrying the cylindrical member 20 to the predetermines position, and a member supply part 50 for supplying the cylindrical member to the carrying part. The member supply part has a storage part 70 for storing the cylindrical member and a send-out part 55 for sending out the cylindrical member stored in the storage part to the carrying part. The send-out part has a supply slope 60 slantingly arranged at the carrying part between the storage part and the carrying part, and a regulating part 65 for adjusting a quantity of cylindrical members rollingly moving in the carrying part direction on the supply slope. Here, the regulating part is constituted so as to limit the quantity of cylindrical members simultaneously discharged on the supply slope at the downstream side more than the regulating part to the predetermined number or smaller than that among the cylindrical members discharged from the storage part to the upstream side more than the regulating part on the supply slope.
