PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for supplying lubricant being excellent in lubricity and cooling property, having a long life, and enabling precise plastic working with high accuracy. SOLUTION: The lubricant cooled by a cooling device 33 is supplied toward the blade tip part 11a of a punch 11 from a flow path 26 and branch paths 26a in the punch 11, and the lubricant is supplied toward the inner circumferential surface of the punch hole 11a of a die 51 from a flow path 27 and branch paths 27a in a knock-out punch 58. Accordingly, the cooled lubricant is supplied to a shear part by the punch 11 and the die 51. The lubricant returns to an oil supply tank 31 from the oil drain groove 60 of a lower base plate 53 and an oil return port 3 and the lubricant that is temperature adjusted to 10±1°C by the cooling device 33 is recirculated to a press device.
