PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device which does not require an adhesive agent for fixing an electronic device cover to a substrate, and improves assembling workability. SOLUTION: The electronic device has a printed circuit board, an electronic component mounted on the printed circuit board, an electronic component cover that covers a surface of the electronic component, and a clip spring that fixes the electronic component cover to the printed circuit board by holding the electronic component cover and the printed circuit board.
