PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip antenna and an antenna device capable of stably obtaining a good antenna characteristic, wherein radiation efficiencies thereof are comparatively high and sizes thereof are comparatively small. SOLUTION: There is provided the chip antenna, equipped with: a long-like substrate; and conductors which are arranged and provided on a front surface of the substrate. The substrate has first to third circumferential faces which continue along a circumferential direction by making a major axis of the substrate a center axis. The substrate is equipped with: a first terminal which continues ranging from the first circumferential face to the third circumferential face; and a second terminal which similarly continues ranging from the first circumferential face to the third circumferential face. The first and second terminals are respectively provided with: a circumferential direction extension part which extends from the first circumferential face to the third circumferential face; and an axial direction extension part which extends along a major axis direction in the third circumferential face. It is characterized in that in the third circumferential face a side edge along the major axis direction in the axial direction extension part of the first terminal faces a side edge along the major axis direction in the axial direction extension part of the second terminal.
