PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device stably suppressing asymmetry of communication. SOLUTION: During a transmittable time, a transmitting and receiving means 112 at an access point extracts packets PKT1-PKT5 respectively from queues 113-117 storing packets addressed to terminal devices and sequentially transmits the five extracted packets. The terminal devices receive the packets PKT1-PKT5, respectively. Then the terminal devices each transmit one packet to the access point in an arbitrary order. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
