PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color conversion condition setting program with which a user can easily determine a combination of setting values of an optimum setting item and obtain a desired color conversion process. SOLUTION: The color conversion condition setting program causes a computer to execute a procedure (a) for recognizing the setting item to which the setting value has not yet been selected, among a plurality of setting items of which the setting value is provided so as to be selectable on a setting screen for setting the condition of the color conversion process; a procedure (b) for obtaining all the combinations of the setting values that are candidates, when setting the setting value to the setting item recognized in the procedure (a); a procedure (c) for performing the color conversion process of image data, based on the setting value corresponding to each of the combinations obtained in the procedure (b); and a procedure (d) for transmitting the image data, after color conversion process obtained by performing the color conversion process for each combination in the procedure (c) to an image forming device.
