PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency and accuracy of reception processing by properly processing sound information in accordance with the change in position of a user in the case of the change in position of the user during reception processing. SOLUTION: A reception terminal 20 has a camera 209 and a plurality of microphones 207A to 207D and recognizes an image 90 picked up by the camera 209 to detect a position of a mouth 30M of a visitor 30 included in a field angle and obtains a plurality of corresponding pieces of sound information by a plurality of sounds input via microphones 207A to 207D and uses a delay amount to process first sound information corresponding to a sound input by the microphone 207 closest to the detected position of the mouth 30M in the field angle or second sound information corresponding to sounds input by microphones 207 other than the microphone closest to the detected position so that the first sound information is more emphasized than the second sound information, and uses the first sound information and the second sound information after the processing to perform voice recognition.
