PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency connector inspection method capable of determining accurately a contact resistance between an external terminal of a high frequency connector and an earth bracket. SOLUTION: In this high frequency connector inspection method, the contact resistance between the earth bracket 20 and a shield terminal 15 of a high frequency connector 30 with the earth bracket including the earth bracket 20 connected electrically to the shield terminal 15 of a high frequency connector 10 is measured, and it is inspected whether a contact resistance value of a measurement result is below a threshold or not. In the method including a low resistance inspection device 49 and two detecting elements 46, 47 having an electrical connection relation respectively to the low resistance inspection device 49, a contact part 46C of the detecting element 46 is brought into contact with an earth side terminal 15 of the high frequency connector 10, and a contact part 47C of the detecting element 47 is brought into contact with a connection part 20R of the earth bracket 20, to thereby measure a current value flowing through the low resistance inspection device 49, and the contact resistance between the earth bracket 20 and the shield terminal 15 is determined from the measured current value.
