PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a container without cracking the container by a support belt even with horizontal shocks. SOLUTION: A container fixing device has: a cylindrical container 2, a base 3 fixing the container 2, a plurality of pillars 4, 4, ..., erected from the base 3 so as to be positioned outside of the container 2 with a predetermined distance A from the container 2, and the support belt 5 supporting the horizontal outer periphery of the container 2 with the pillars 4. The pillars 4, 4, ..., are fixed on the base 3 so that a virtual line B connecting the outside of the pillars 4 is inside of the outer wall of the container 2. The support belt 5 is wound around the outer periphery of the container 2 and around the pillars 4 as a ring-like belt and has a fastener 6 fastening the support belts 5, 5 opposed to each other at a predetermined interval A so that the belts may be close to each other.
