PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic packaging machine for plastic injection molding which is capable of carrying out bag-making and packaging simultaneously to solve the problem that a conventional apparatus carrying out direct packaging of an article from an injection molding machine gives the product no direction to make the product instable inside a bag, thus causing the product to bend or to get caught in a sealing machine to become defective, or when using a rolled sheet, requires bag-making by bag-making machine to be carried out first before setting the sheet on a packaging machine, thus causing redundant processes. SOLUTION: According to the automatic packaging machine, a raw material vinyl sheet 1 is made by a bag-making apparatus of the packaging machine, and a molded product released from an injection molding machine is transferred to a lining-up machine, which casts the molded product into a bag. As a result, the molded product comes to have no bending part, and the sheet 1 is reduced in length to half of that in the case of a conventional machine and in width as well. Hence an overall packaging condition becomes smaller, bag costs shrink to half, and machine suspension becomes less frequent to lead to improved productivity. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
