PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake device of a motorcycle which can realize a simpler and more inexpensive structure even when a front and rear interlocking brake system and an ABS modulator are provided. SOLUTION: The brake device 10 of the motorcycle includes the front and rear interlocking brake system in which the output port 54 of a mechanical servo mechanism 24 provided in a front wheel side caliper BFR is connected to a rear wheel side caliper BR and the ABS modulator 20 having a constantly opening type solenoid valve VF3 as a cut valve for interrupting a part of a hydraulic brake passage to prevent the brake from being locked during an ABS operation. The constantly opening type solenoid valve VF3 of the ABS modulator 20 is connected only to a hydraulic pressure input side of the mechanical servo mechanism 24 and not connected to the output port 54.
