PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress a lift and a change in one peripheral length when winding a ribbon-like body 22 onto a molding drum 24. SOLUTION: The ribbon-like body 22 in the middle of being supplied to the molding drum 24 is inclined so that one end 23a in the width direction approaches the molding drum 24 rather than the other end 23b in the width direction. An overhang part 46 located on one side in the width direction (on the advancing direction front side of winding) of the ribbon-like body 22 is thereby inclined to approach the molding drum 24 toward the one end 23a in the width direction. Then, the other side part in the width direction of the ribbon-like body 22 wound on the radial outside of the ribbon-like body 22 overlaps while inclining substantially along the inclined overhang part 46 and is prevented from being stacked in a radial direction.
