PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate consisting of a methylpentene polymerized product and a paper-like material, laminated together, which allows thinning and lightening, improves gas permeability and production processing costs and causes less peeling of the layers and has practically sufficient interlaminar strength when the layer of the methylpentene polymerized product is laminated directly on one side of the layer of the paper-like material. SOLUTION: The laminate has the methylpentene polymerized product 1 laminated directly on at least one side of the paper-like material 2 of an air permeability of 80 s or lower. The method for manufacturing the laminate comprises laminating the methylpentene polymerized product 1 on at least one side of the paper-like material 2 of an air permeability of 80 s or lower through an extrusion lamination method.
