PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organized connection system and a method that enables an organized connection between organizations mounted with the same type of car information devices or even with different types of car information devices. SOLUTION: On organized connection, a transmission reading device 2 recognizes a transmission format for an organization C based on information about the type of an organization obtained from an organization type information output unit 70 and a table kept by the transmission reading device 2 itself. When car information is transmitted from a train monitor 1a to a car information management device 12c, a transmission format of the car information is converted from one for an organization A to the one for the organization C, and when the car information is transmitted from the car information management device 12c to the train monitor 1a, the transmission format of the car information is converted from the one for the organization C to the one for the organization A, thus enabling communication between the two organizations.
