PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cost-advantageously provide a grooved flooring material excellent in caster resistance, dimensional stability and designability, by combining a building wood waste and a wooden base material, manufactured by recycling a woody waste material from a demolition construction site, and utilizing the combined material as a base plate. SOLUTION: In this grooved flooring material in which a surface facing material B is stuck on the base plate A, the base plate A is formed in such a manner that an MDF layer 1, an intermediate moistureproof sheet 2, a chipboard layer 3 and a bottom moistureproof sheet 4 are overlaid together in this order; and a decorative groove 5 is engraved on the surface facing material B stuck on the MDF layer 1, at a depth where a bottom of the decorative groove 5 does not reach the chipboard layer 3.
