SOLUTION: An AlN: Eu, Si phosphor synthesized from α-silicon nitride powder, aluminum nitride powder and europium oxide powder as raw material powders at 1,500-2,200°C in a nitrogen atmosphere is pulverized, the pulverized AlN: Eu, Si phosphor is mixed with spherical high purity carbon having a purity of 99.999% and an average particle size of 10 μm, and the resulting mixture is annealed to obtain the objective phosphor.
