PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet for a floor having excellent durability against scratches due to aging, on which a person or a pet does not slip or fall. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet for the floor has a colored thermoplastic-resin base material, a printed and patterned layer, a transparent thermoplastic resin layer having pear skin-like unevenness on the surface and a surface protective layer, which are placed on a floor surface or a plate-like base plate for a floor at least in this order. In the decorative sheet, height difference of the surface unevenness after arranging the surface protective layer is 10 to 40 μm, and the width between adjacent projections is 150 to 400 μm.
