<p>The present invention relates to a light-metal vacuum melting device and to a vacuum melting method therefor, and more specifically it relates to a light-metal vacuum melting device which melts light-metal starting materials highly effectively in a high-vacuum state and thus can not only enhance the melting efficiency, gas (bubble) eliminating efficiency and the like but can also produce a good quality melt pool, as well as to a vacuum melting method employing the same. The vacuum melting device of the present invention comprises: a vacuum melting chamber equipped with an air-discharge tube on the upper side; a melting furnace which is formed in the shape of a pipe of a predetermined length, and of which one end is connected obliquely at a predetermined angle to one side of the vacuum melting chamber; a plurality of heating units disposed in line along the outer circumferential surface of the melting furnace; a stopper which is disposed within the bore at one end of the melting furnace, and which has a plurality of melt-pool passing holes; a material-introduction tube which is connected to the other end of the melting furnace, and which is equipped with an air-discharge tube on one side; a first and a second vacuum valve respectively provided at the two ends of the material-introduction tube; a first melt-pool heat-preserving tube which connects through to the other side of the vacuum melting chamber; and a second melt-pool heat-preserving tube which connects through to the first melt-pool heat-preserving tube.</p> |
