PURPOSE: An antenna assembly and a portable terminal having the same are provided to improve the height of the device by using a laminated substrate as an antenna structure. CONSTITUTION: In an antenna assembly and a portable terminal having the same, a plurality of antennas are installed in a first substrate(21). A second substrate(22) is arranged on the top of the first substrate. A conductive pattern(24) is formed on the top of the second substrate. A plurality of connection units(27) is formed through the second substrate. A plurality of connection parts interlinks a conductive pattern to the lower-part of the second substrate.
