FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology, physiotherapy. Method includes peri-articular subcutaneous introduction of ozone-oxygen mixture. After that, introduction of karipain is carried out. For this purpose electrostimulator electrode is connected to needle, through which ozone-oxygen mixture was introduced. The second electrostimulator electrode is wrapped with napkin soaked with karipain solution and installed in popliteal space. Pulse current impact is realised through electrodes. Current amount is 7-10 mA, frequency - 50 Hz, pulse duration - 0.3 sec. Impact is realised for 10-15 minutes. Procedures are carried out daily. Course includes 12-15 procedures. ^ EFFECT: method ensures long positive result due to recovery of knee joint function, stopping pain syndrome and reduction of inflammatory response of knee joint structures. ^ 1 ex |
