<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a solar cell module capable of connecting a surface electrode and a wiring member of a solar cell to each other, without adversely affecting the solar cell, and acquiring ample connection reliability. <P>SOLUTION: In this method of manufacturing a solar cell module having a structure where a plurality of solar cells each having a surface electrode are connected to one another through wiring members electrically connected to the surface electrodes, each surface electrode and each wiring member are connected to each other by a conductive adhesive film which contains an insulating adhesive and conductive particles, and in which, when it is assumed that the average particle size of the conductive particles and the thickness of the conductive adhesive film are r (μm) and t (μm), respectively, the value of (t/r) is 0.75-17.5, and the content of the conductive particles is 1.7-15.6 vol.% based on the total volume of the conductive adhesive film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
