<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll for hot dip metal plating used for carrying a steel sheet wherein, when the roll for hot dip metal plating is heated from the surface of a barrel part by frictional heat with the steel sheet, the barrel part hardly causes to slack engagement with the shaft part due to thermal expansion and even in the case the slack is caused, the barrel part and the shaft part are not easily disengaged, and to provide a hot dip metal plating device using the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the roll 10 for hot dip metal plating constituted so that a shaft part 12 made of ceramics, which consists of a supporting part 12b and a fit part 12a is connected to the edge part of a cylindrical barrel part 11 made of ceramics, the surface of the fit part 12a and the surface of the barrel part 11 are provided with rugged parts 13 with a height higher than the thermal expansion upon the use of the ceramics used for the barrel part 11 or the shaft part 12, and, in the form of combining these rugged parts 13, the barrel part 11 and the shaft part 12 are fitted and joined by the shrinkage of the ceramics upon firing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
