<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage resources management while keeping well-balanced usage in processing various media traffics, in which on transaction has different numbers of sessions or bands, in a network for providing multimedia services. <P>SOLUTION: The MGC (Media Gateway Control) device for performing MG (Media Gateway) control acquires transaction performance, the number of sessions and the resource usage rate of a band of each MG from a storing means, uses the maximum resource usage and the average resource usage of a corresponding MGC to perform predetermined calculation for each MG, selects an MG having the smallest value with reference to the calculation result, and instructs the selected MG to relay new media communication by transmitting a transaction to the selected MG. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
