<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking device having a function practically enough to control a boiling-overflow. <P>SOLUTION: The cooking device includes a detecting function having a high practicality in which, when a cooking material 101 boiling over a top plate 104 connected to a reference potential 103, the moisture contained in the cooking material 101 functions as a dielectric, and when a connection by a capacitive coupling between an electrode 106 and the reference potential 103 is strengthened because of increase of a boiling-overflow volume, a boiling-over detecting means 108 detects a capacitance by using a capacitance detecting means 107 and the boiling-over detecting means 108 detects a change of the capacitance, and the boiling-over is detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
