<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide device management equipment and a device management system capable of acquiring operating state information without additionally disposing a sensor to transmit the operating state information even in the device which can not acquire the operating state information. <P>SOLUTION: A threshold value acquired by a threshold value acquiring section 18 and power consumption measured by a measuring section 2 are input to an operating state determining section 17. The operating state determining section 17 determines the operating state when the measured power consumption is more than the threshold value, and determines a non-operating state when it is less than the threshold value. Thus the operating state and the non-operating state of the device as an object of management can be determined by the operating state determining section 17 without acquiring the operating state information from the device as the object of management such as an air conditioning device and a lighting device through a communicating section 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
