摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Al-Si based alloy having a fine crystal structure in which a micro-crystal structure is miniaturized by crystallizing a primary crystalα-Al, to provide a method for manufacturing the same, to provide a device for manufacturing the same, and to provide a method for manufacturing the casting of the same. SOLUTION: The Al-Si based alloy having the fine crystal structure is formed by crystallizing the primary crystalα-Al by imparting ultrasonic vibration to a melt during the cooling of the hyper-eutectic Al-Si based alloy melt by using an ultrasonic vibrator 8 for generating ultrasonic vibration, an ultrasonic horn 7 connected to the ultrasonic vibrator 8 and transmitting the ultrasonic vibration in a predetermined direction, a treatment container 2 storing the melt and abutting on the ultrasonic horn 7, and a treatment container fixing means 3 pressing the treatment container 2 to the ultrasonic horn 7 side and fixing it.
