PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swivel chair capable of solving the problem peculiar to a conventional swivel chair that it is difficult to form a relatively wide baggage housing space where it is easy to take baggage in and out below a seat. SOLUTION: The swivel chair includes a leg body, a support base part rotatably supported by the leg body, and a seat disposed on the support base part, and the baggage housing space for housing baggage so as to be freely taken in and out is formed between a baggage mounting surface formed below the seat and the back surface of the seat. The seat is supported by the support base part through a cross beam, the cross beam is U-shaped in the front view with a roughly flat part in the middle, and the upper surface of the flat part forms at least a part of the baggage mounting surface.
