PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting metal fitting which can be used to connect a separator supporting a concrete frame plate, with the end of a reinforcing bar arranged in a concrete placing space in a state of being adjacent to and parallel to the reinforcing bar. SOLUTION: A reinforcing bar receiving part 5 of a gate-shaped body 1 has such height that a reinforcing bar Rr having the maximum diameter being supported by a reinforcing bar positioning recess 7 and a separator S having a small diameter can be fitted therein in the state of being parallel to each other and be superimposed vertically. The reinforcing bar receiving part 5 has such a depth that the separator S on the upper side of the reinforcing bar Rr, having the maximum diameter, being placed on the lower side and supported by the reinforcing bar positioning recess 7, can be supported while being fitted into a recessed corner between a rear side face 8 of the reinforcing bar receiving part 5 and the reinforcing bar Rr. A fastening bolt 2 has a lower end face 2b having such an area that can face the part immediately above an axial center of the reinforcing bar Rr having the maximum diameter and being supported by the reinforcing bar positioning recess 7, and the part immediately above an axial center of the separator S supported on the reinforcing bar Rr.
