PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal foil-stuck pressure-sensitive adhesive tape capable of preventing shrinkage and elongation thereof even in use at a high temperature, having heat resistance as a sealing agent at a high temperature capable of preventing rising and peeling of the tape from the adherend even in use at a high temperature or a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape for fixing a heat insulating material, and having good suitability to breaking by hand. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin film is laid on both surfaces of a cloth-like product formed by crossing linear bodies obtained by uniaxially stretching a thermoplastic resin to form a laminated sheet, metal foil is stuck to one surface of the laminated sheet via a bond, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed on the other surface to obtain the objective pressure-sensitive adhesive tape with a metal foil layer.
