PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a setting changing device for on-vehicle devices for easily operating the on-vehicle devices depending on an occupant. SOLUTION: Information relating to an occupant is detected from the time when the occupant opens a door to the time when the occupant sits on a seat, or image data of the occupant's face which is imaged by an on-vehicle camera 12. Setting values of the on-vehicle devices corresponding to the seat on which the occupant sits, for example, rotational speed of an electric motor for lifting and lowering a window glass, are determined based on the detected information.
