PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spare blade type plane capable of easily exchanging a blade and continuously maintaining high cutting accuracy easily. SOLUTION: A plane body 2 alone is fixed, by the plane body fixing means 24, on a slope surface 5 for supporting a plane body installed on a concave part 6 for fixing the plane body which is equipped on a plane base 1. On a spare blade 4 and a pressing metal 3, is provided a fitting part 13 for positioning the spare blade which positions the spare blade 4 in such a way that the spare blade 4 and a back surface 3b of the pressing metal 3 facing the plane body 2 are fitted each other upon lapping them so that a blade edge 4a is projected from a tip 3a of the pressing metal 3. On the pressing metal 3 and the plane body 2, is provided a fitting part 23 for positioning the pressing metal in such a way that the pressing metal 3 and the plane body 2 are fitted each other upon lapping them so that the pressing metal 3 is positioned in a pre-determined place wherein a blade edge 4a of the spare blade 4 sandwiched between the plane body 2 and the pressing metal 3 is projected from a tip 2a of the plane body 2. The pressing metal 3 is fixed on the plane body 2 by a pressing fixing means 29 in such a way as fitting the fitting part 23 for positioning the pressing metal. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
