PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic structure which has a relatively small extent of magnetization of a conductor layer even when arranged in an intense magnetic field, and to provide a semiconductor device. SOLUTION: The ceramic structure 10 has a conductor layer provided on a surface of a ceramic, and the conductor layer includes a metallized layer 14 bonded to a surface of the ceramic, an Ni plating layer 16 provided on the metallized layer, and diamagnetic metal layers 18 and 19 provided on the Ni plating layer.
