PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint device for a floor, which facilitates installation work on a job site, which has sufficient rigidity even in the application of a heavy load, and which can follow different longitudinal and horizontal shakes of a floor skeleton. SOLUTION: This joint device for the floor includes: two or more sets of expansion beams 13 which are provided with one expansion beam 11 comprising a tube member 4 having a back end attached to one joint portion-side floor skeleton 2, an intermediate tubular member 6 protruding from the leading end of the tube member 4 and the other member 10 protruding/receding from the leading end of the intermediate tubular member 6, and the other expansion beam 12 directed in an opposite direction; an auxiliary beam 15 which is attached to each of the expansion beams 11 and 12; joint plate supporting beams 16 which are arranged in the tube member 4 and the auxiliary beam 15; a pivoting means 17 for pivoting the joint plate supporting beam 16 on a central portion; a holding means 21 for holding the joint plate supporting beams 16 at a predetermined interval; a floor joint plate 23 which is attached to the joint plate supporting beam 16; and a central floor joint plate 24 which has a central portion attached to the joint plate supporting beam 16 of the central portion.
