PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection controlling apparatus for microorganisms for controlling detection of microorganisms in a storage chamber of so-called white goods. SOLUTION: A microorganism detection unit 40 connected to a controller 32 is placed in a refrigeration chamber 21 of a freezer refrigerator 100. The microorganism detection unit 40 contains a sensor chamber 41 and a fan 42, and the controller 32 controls microorganism detection and drive of the fan. The controller 32 determines air flow rate of the fan 42 based on the inner volume of the sensing object refrigerator 21 and the performance (kind) of the sensor in the sensor chamber 41, and controls the drive of the fan 42 so as to get the determined air flow rate. Air in the storage chamber is agitated, and homogenized air is introduced into the sensor chamber 41 by the action of the controller. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
