PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing functional paper is provided to ensure antibacterial and deodorization performance and prevent from pest. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing functional paper comprises: a step of mixing 10-90 weight parts of natural plant extract and 10-90 weight parts of vegetable oil to obtain a mixture; a step of maturing the mixture for 5-20 days; a step of completely removing the moisture to form powder and mixing with polymer compound to make in micro-capsules; and a step of mixing the micro-capsule with urethane binder, resin binder, or polyethyl acrylate in weight ratio of 1:1-1:3 and dyeing on the paper. |
