PURPOSE: A cutting/grinding tool and manufacturing method thereof are provided to uniformize the dispersion of diamond particles by supplying the feeding amount of a metal powder and diamond particle. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a cutting/grinding tool(100) is as follows. A tool body(110) is prepared. A heater(210) is installed in the lower surface of the tool body and heats the surface of the tool body. The diamond particle and metal powder are sprayed. The specific gravity of the metal powder is bigger than the diamond particle. The metal powder is deposited on the surface of the tool body to form a cladding layer including the diamond particle.
