摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical manipulator suppressing gas leakage from the inside of a body cavity as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: The manipulator 10 includes: a hollow connecting shaft 18; a wire 80a and a rod 82a inserted into the connecting shaft 18; a pulley 70a and a trigger lever 36 provided on one end side of the connecting shaft 18, for driving the wire 80a and the rod 82a forward and backward in the axial direction; a distal end operation part 12 provided on the other end side of the connecting shaft 18 and operated by the forward and backward drive of the wire 80a and the rod 82a; and an airtight seal 100 provided with a plurality of hole parts 110a-110f formed to slidably insert the wire 80a and the rod 82a respectively, for partitioning the inside of the connecting shaft 18 to the side of the distal end operation part 12 and the side of the pulley 70a by being closely arranged to the inner surface of the connecting shaft 18.
