<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coffee maker wherein hot water is dripped onto coffee powder from the beginning by a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The coffee maker 1 includes: a water tank 20 storing water in it; a hot water supply passage 14 extending to a hot water discharge port 16 from the water tank 20; a heating unit 15 heating water supplied from the water tank 20 in the middle of the hot water supply passage 14; an extraction unit 30 configured such that coffee powder can be stored and a coffee liquid is extracted by pouring the hot water discharged from the discharge port 16 to the stored coffee powder; and a vessel 40 receiving the coffee liquid extracted by the extraction unit 30. In a halfway position of the hot water supply passage 14, through which the hot water heated by the heating unit 15 passes, a valve mechanism 5 is provided for automatically opening/closing the hot water supply passage 14 according to at least one of a pressure and temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
