<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signboard for a road, which can hardly be damaged when a vehicle contacts therewith, and can hardly damage the contacted vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The signboard 1 for the road almost comprises a display 2 for displaying information to vehicles traveling on the road, and a support 3 for supporting the display 2. The support 3 has a fixing means 4 fixed on an upper end of a balustrade 11 and a support body 5 for swingably supporting the display 2. The fixing means 4 has an L-shaped main member 6 whose vertical portion is formed in a first holding member 62, a second holding member 7 slidably fixed to a horizontal portion 61 of the main member 6, and a pressure tool 8. The pressure tool 8 is fixed to the horizontal portion 61 by a slide fixing member 81, pressures the second holding member 7 to the balustrade 11 by a pressure bolt 83 screwed with a reaction-force member 82, and is fixed to the balustrade 11 by holding both sides of the balustrade 11 with the first holding member 62 and the second holding member 7. The horizontal portion 61 of the main member 6 is connected to the support body 5 urging and supporting the display 2 at 45° with respect to the extending direction of the road. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
